Svensk Fair

Svensk fair was started yet in the XVII century, it has reached its peak in the middle of the XVIII century.

The revived Svensk fair is held annually at historic Andreyev meadow by the walls of Svensk monastery, the fair attracts hundreds of agricultural and industrial enterprises of Bryansk and other regions of Russia.

Dozens of thousands of residents of Bryansk region as well as numerous guests wait for Svensk fair and visit it with pleasure. For them trade yards of all districts of Bryansk region with their best products and achievements are organized.

At the fair one may see and buy the products of folk and creative crafts and masters-craftsmen as well as agricultural products.

By tradition established in ancient days, for the fair guests performances of professional and amateur artists, fun contests and entertainments are offered, too.
